There are four levels of classes. Each is five weeks long, with a short break in between.
WHO IT’S FOR:
Anyone who wants to recover from an addiction and make their recovery more effective.
WHEN/AVAILABILITY:
Classes typically start once or twice per year. See schedule below.
COMMITMENT:
Each level requires around 3.5 hours per week (2 hours of class, 0.5 hour of reading, 1 hour of partner practice).
WHERE:
Online, via Zoom.
COST:
Level 1 – $200 (includes one 55 minute private Focusing session prior to class start).
Level 2, 3 and 4 – $150 each.
Package price for all 4 classes – $600.

Wednesdays, April 27, May 4, May 11, May 18, and May 25.
Time: 5:30 to 7:30 pm Pacific/8:30 to 10:30 pm Eastern

Dates: Class runs for 5 consecutive weeks.
Wednesdays, June 1, June 8, June 15, June 29 (skipping June 22), July 6.
